Sprout have withdrawn from DreamHack Masters Winter Europe as two of their players are currently ill, the tournament organiser revealed on Sunday. Their spot in Group B will be taken by Nemiga as determined by ESL's world ranking.
The Belarusian team, who are currently ranked 21st in the world, will face G2 on Tuesday in what will mark Igor "?lollipop21k?" Solodkov's return to action after he spent almost a month sidelined because of a hand injury. The 24-year-old has been playing Deathmatch to stay in shape and will return to practice with the team on Monday.

The last-minute withdrawal is the latest setback for Sprout, who missed out on qualification for ESL Pro League on Thursday after losing to Endpoint in the ESEA MDL Finals. The German team took part in the Merkur Masters Season 2 playoffs on Saturday with their full roster, finishing third following a defeat to ALTERNATE aTTaX in the semi-finals and a victory over Unicorns of Love in the third-place decider.
Nemiga become the second team to come in as a replacement in DreamHack Masters Winter's Group B after Evil Geniuses' spot was taken by Cloud9. The European tournament will run from November 30 through to December 6, with $150,000 on the line.
