Step 1: Navigate to spotify.com/account and log in to your account.
If you wish to cancel a Spotify Family or Duo Premium plan, you must be the plan manager to make these changes.
Step 2: Under "subscription," click "cancel plan."
If there is no option to "cancel plan," your plan may be managed via a partner company, like your mobile carrier or internet provider. That company's contact information should be available on the same page, spotify.com/account.
Step 3: Follow all prompts until it is confirmed that your account is canceled.
You will retain your Premium account features until the next billing date, at which point your account will revert back to a free one.
