The gigantic 85-inch version of The Frame is the Best Buy Drop of the day for August 8, where you can snag it for $1,499.99 — a jaw-dropping $2,300 price cut that's way more intense than what we expected.
The fine print is that you'll only get access to that price if you click on it through the Drops tab in the Best Buy mobile app, which is the only version of Best Buy where Drops exists. Once you find the TV in Drops, be sure to peek at the status bar showing how many items are left — Drops items are released in limited quantities, so when they're gone, they're gone.

When it's on and being watched, The Frame is just a solid QLED TV: It has stellar peak brightness and punchy quantum dot-fueled colors that make it great for watching sports in bright rooms. The matte screen does quite well with reflection handling as well, though the whole "matte" thing comes way more into play when the TV's not being watched.
