With Ninjas in Pyjamas waiting in the Upper Bracket final following a 16-8 victory over EnVyUs, Group B continued with a clash between fnatic and Luminosity, two teams who had undergone roster changes before this event.
The Brazilian side opened up the game with an A push in the pistol round, only to be denied by Olof "?olofmeister?" Kajbjer, who picked up four kills on the retake. With fnatic's defense flourishing, Luminosity's first three buy efforts failed to produce any results, forcing Gabriel "?FalleN?" Toledo to call a timeout as the game was spiralling out of control.
However, there was more punishment heading Luminosity's way as fnatic carried their momentum and left the Brazilians in disarray with a perfect 15-0 half.

Now on the CT side, Luminosity tried to save face and prevent the second 0-16 score of the day, but fnatic had different plans and hammered the final nail into the Brazilians' coffin with an A push in the pistol round.
