PARIVISION have moved Alexey "?Qikert?" Golubev to the bench, ending the 26-year-old's 18-month stint on the active lineup.

It is the second change for the organization in as many months, following its replacement of Aleksandr "?TRAVIS?" Timkiv with Vladislav "?xiELO?" Lysov in May, and leaves questions about whether leadership duties will be assigned to Dzhami "?Jame?" Ali or another player.

Qikert had a labored start with PARIVISION after joining in January 2024, with the team suffering early exits in online cups and qualifiers for much of the year.

Those results continued despite the removal of Andrey "?Jerry?" Mekhryakov and addition of Daniil "?alpha?" Demin, with the sole bright spot being a trip to the Perfect World Shanghai Major Europe MRQ — where the team was bounced in last place.

The Kazakh rifler took over leadership duties at the end of the year and held on to the reins after further changes led to him reuniting with Jame at the start of 2025. That reinvigorated PARIVISION and led to a CCT Season 2 Europe Series 16 title, but the team were forced to grind VRS points after slipping down the ranking due to their moves and ended up attending just one LAN in the spring season.

The lineup showed signs of promise with several runner-up finishes and deep runs in other CCT events and qualifiers, but were eliminated from the Austin Major MRQ in last place with losses to B8, Astralis, and HEROIC and in 5-6th at BetBoom LanDaLan 2 to head into the break on a disappointing note.

"As the 2nd caller and IGL, I’ve grown greatly in this role, and it’s one that continues to drive me to improve. Before leading teams like AVANGAR, ITB, and PARIVISION, I didn’t have enough team material ready and always had to rush things. Now, after dedicating the last 6 months to building a strong playbook and refining my game vision, I’m ready to take on new challenges.

"I’m excited to find a new team to lead and keep pushing forward. My goal remains unchanged: to return to Tier-1. Cis/eu/na."
