Bruno Mars cleaned house at this year's ceremony, taking home both Album of the Year and Record of the Year. While he was there, he also performed his hit remix of "Finesse" with first-time nominee Cardi B. Following his big night, Cardi jumped on Instagram to congratulate her friend and offer up an organ as a thank you to him.
"I want to thank you soo much! I don’t even know how," she wrote on Instagram. "Maybe one day you’ll need a kidney...I got you," she added.
