The number of partners dropped from 26 to 17 in fiscal year 2025. Jiang, 39, rejoined the partner committee two years after being removed following an internal probe. The reshuffle comes as Alibaba sharpens its focus on e-commerce and AI-driven growth. In fiscal 2025, revenue rose 6% to RMB 996.3 billion ($139 billion), while net income jumped 77%. Alibaba also outlined plans to invest heavily in cloud and AI infrastructure over the next three years, shifting to a new “1+2+N” structure centered on e-commerce, cloud intelligence, and other emerging businesses.
